    Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! I'm Mrs. Lizarraga, or Mrs. L, an Education Specialist for 6th- 8th graders. This year, I am teaching Academic Support and Tiger Connection.

    I look forward to working with all my new and returning MacArthur Tigers! 

    Tiger Connection

    Students will report to class on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Daily announcements and resources will be posted on Canvas.

    Academic Support 

    Students enrolled in Academic Support will have access to view, complete, and submit their work using Google Classroom. Please check Aeries for any final grades on assignments. This is also a time for students to receive assistance with homework, classwork, and/ or study skills. My office hours for homework help are by appointment only. Students are encouraged to attend tutoring with our paraprofessionals in the Library on Wednesdays from 1:25 to 2:15 pm.
