At Santiago, our goal is to ensure academic excellence for every student. We believe that all students are capable not only of learning, but of exceeding expectations when provided with the right opportunities. We encourage students to take responsibility for their own learning by striving to do their best and continually improving their performance in classwork, homework, and testing. Guided by Santiago’s Three Rs—Ready, Responsible, and Respectful—our students are supported in becoming the best scholars and citizens they can be.

Together, we enrich students’ education, promote academic success school-wide, and foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every Turtle can thrive.

Beyond academics, Santiago offers opportunities for students to grow in creativity, leadership, and teamwork through programs such as STEAM, athletics, the arts, and our annual Jog-a-thon fundraiser. We take pride in building a school culture where every student feels valued, connected, and prepared for the future.
