How to be cleared for practice and competition

    1. Register for an account at https://athleticclearance.com/login.php 

    2. Click on the "Start Clearances Here!" button

      • Select the year: 2022-2023

      • School: Century (CIF-SS)

      • Sport: Girls Tennis

    3. Complete the required information

    4. You will need to complete a physical exam at a doctors office, be sure to print out the pages before you go to your appointment because you will need signutures and a stamp from the Doctors office
